Designs stay on your device

The custom formula builder saves its brief on this device when you choose Save. It keeps submitted brief details and request receipts in this tab for up to 24 hours to help avoid duplicate submissions. You can start a different formula request while keeping earlier references. Contact details are not added to the saved formula draft. The label and brand tools save drafts, images and project details in this browser’s local storage. They are not secure cloud accounts. Anyone with access to this browser may see them. You can clear the workspace from the workspace page, or clear this site’s browser data.

When you contact OSM

Your browser-saved ideas are not automatically sent to OSM. When you submit a complete label, its file, name, brand, email, optional phone, SKU, quantity, notes and acknowledgements are sent to OSM for review and follow-up. OSM stores the submission privately and sends an internal email alert. Keep your original file and receipt reference. You can contact OSM about access, correction or deletion. When you send a quote request, email or text, you choose what information to share so OSM can respond about your project. The separate quote form may ask for your name, contact details and product requirements.

Optional project details

If you use the optional project details form, we store your email and the details you choose to share, then send a private alert to our team. We use them to continue your sales conversation. You can reply by email instead. The form does not create an order or subscribe you to marketing, and it does not save your answers in browser storage. Contact sales@osm.gg about access, correction or deletion.

Paid sample requests

When you request samples, we use your name, email, optional brand, chosen products, country and ZIP or postal code to reply, quote shipping and check sample eligibility. Before payment we confirm your delivery details and check previous sample orders for the one-set-per-person-or-business limit. A request does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. This tab keeps a submitted sample brief, email and receipt, or an uncertain-send record, for up to 24 hours to help avoid duplicates. Clear this site’s browser data to remove it from your device.

Optional feedback and product news

After an order request, you may answer three short questions about the site. Skipping them does not affect your request. If you submit feedback, OSM stores your choices with your request reference, email and brand, and sends an internal email alert. We keep a reward record to prevent duplicate rewards. The offer is 5% off your next order’s product subtotal, up to $25, once per business. Shipping and tax are excluded. It cannot be combined with other offers, and OSM applies it in your confirmed quote.

Product news is a separate, unchecked choice on the request form. We record your choice, the wording version and time. Sending a request or answering the survey does not sign you up. If you opt in, OSM may email you about new products and offers. You can withdraw that choice by emailing sales@osm.gg or using the opt-out in a marketing email. We do not upload order emails or survey answers to ad platforms.

Website operation

If you arrive from an ad, this tab temporarily keeps the campaign tags in its session storage and includes them with a quote request so OSM can see which campaign brought the request. No ad click ID is stored. Our hosting service processes basic request information to deliver and protect the website. This site does not ask for card details or enable online payments. If new account, payment or tracking features are added, this page will be updated to explain them.

Advertising choices

Advertising measurement is optional. If you choose Allow in Privacy choices, we send Meta public page visits and a generic signal when an inquiry is successfully received. This helps us measure OSM ads and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Page addresses are limited to public OSM paths, with every query string and fragment removed. Inquiry signals use only the public white label, custom formula or samples page address. We do not send your name, email, phone, formula choices, saved designs, files, request contents, receipt number or survey answers. Meta may receive your IP address, browser details and its own cookies. We do not load Meta scripts or enable automatic matching. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. No advertising request is sent before you allow it, and requests stop when you choose No thanks. Your choice expires after 180 days. Use Manage privacy choices in the footer to change it at any time. Browser privacy settings can limit ad measurement. The separate quote.osm.gg site has its own privacy notice.
